Whilst working at a hotel in Birmingham, Peter continued to help YFA, until in 1996 he moved to Scotland to start a new job as the Senior Hotel Receptionist (someone has to do it) at a large hotel in Edinburgh. After eighteen months he returned to Birmingham, joining a new hotel group as the Senior Assistant Manager, responsible for liquor sales and managing Morrissey's Irish Bar in Solihull. In September, 2000 he returned to Scotland, where together with Sarah, they own and manage their own hotel and restaurant in Linlithgow, just outside Edinburgh. |
