Pete completed a four year engineering apprenticeship with 'Delta' then working for them as a qualified engineer for five years. In February 1998 he joined Thames Valley Police which covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire as a Police Constable in south Oxfordshire. In Summer 2000 he became a member of the Police Support Unit (PSU) - a specialist team working alongside the horse and dog sections to police large public events such as The Reading Rock Festival and football matches. Before moving to Oxfordshire he spent two years as a member of Derby Mountain Rescue Team. He owns his own house in a village in South Oxfordshire. |
