Suspension |

For
minor transgressions a YFF may be suspended for up to 4
weeks. If a YFF is suspended twice or more in a 12 month period
a verbal warning should be issued.

A witness should be present and a record
will be placed on file for 12 months.

Written
Warning
|
|
2 copies are prepared, one to be placed
on file and the other placed on record for 24
months. Both copies are to be signed by the YFF.

Dismissal
|
|
Copies of the dismissal letter are to be
sent to the YFF, the parents and YPLO.
|
|
Parents may be requested to attend any of
the procedures outlined above.
